1. Who we are
Originn Properties (“Originn”, “we”, “us”) is a luxury real estate firm based in Marrakech, Morocco. We work exclusively with branded projects and ultra-luxury properties, and we serve clients in Europe, the Middle East and West Africa. Alongside property acquisition, we provide wealth management and concierge services, rental management, facility and property management, asset management, and real estate advisory.
This policy explains what personal data we collect through originnproperties.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

2. The data we collect
Data you give us
- Our contact form. The form on our Contact page asks for your name, email address, country dialling code, phone number, the currency you prefer to work in, and your message.
- WhatsApp. If you use the WhatsApp button on our site, your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of your messages reach us through WhatsApp.
- Email and telephone. Whatever you choose to tell us when you write or call, typically the property, project or investment you are interested in, and how you would like us to reach you.
Data collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may record your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, your language preference, and the time and length of your visit. This happens through cookies and similar technologies.

Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully beforehand.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies to make the site work, to remember your preferences, to understand how the site is used, and to measure our advertising. When you first arrive, a consent banner lets you accept or refuse each category separately. You can change your choices at any time through the “Manage consent” link at the bottom of every page, or by blocking and deleting cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may then stop working properly.

5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s independent marketing.
We share it only with:
- The providers who run this site and its tools on our behalf: our hosting provider, and the analytics, advertising, messaging and consent services listed in our Cookie Policy. They process your data on our instructions.
- Public authorities, where the law requires us to disclose information.
Where a property transaction you have asked us to handle requires us to pass your details to a third party, we will tell you before we do so.
6. Transfers outside Morocco
Some of our service providers, in particular Google and Meta, process data on servers located outside Morocco, including in the European Union and the United States. Because we also work with clients and partners across Europe and the Middle East, your correspondence with us may be transferred outside Morocco. Where that happens, we take the steps required of us by Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for as long as it takes to answer you and to maintain a relationship you have asked us to maintain, and we delete it once it no longer serves that purpose. We keep client and transaction records for as long as the accounting, tax and professional obligations that apply to real estate transactions in Morocco require us to. Analytics and advertising data are kept for the period set in each tool, and cookies expire on the schedule published in our Cookie Policy.
You can ask us at any time to delete data we hold on you, and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
8. Your rights
Under Moroccan Law 09-08, you have the right to be told why your data is needed and what will happen to it, the right to access the data we hold on you, the right to have it corrected, completed, blocked or deleted, and the right to object to our processing of it.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR additionally gives you the right to have your data erased, to restrict how we process it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw a consent you previously gave.
To exercise any of these rights, write to abdel@originnproperties.com or to the address in section 1. We will respond within 30 days. We may first ask you to confirm your identity, so that we never disclose your data to someone else.
If our response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) in Morocco, or with the data protection authority in your own country.
9. Security
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to enquiry and client data is limited to the people at Originn who need it to do their work. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
10. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the tools on our site change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and where a change materially affects how we use your data we will make that clear on the site.
